2. Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We understand that even the mightiest collectors sometimes need to return an item (perhaps you accidentally ordered two Infinity Gauntlets?). Our returns policy is designed to be as heroic as Captain America’s shield – simple, reliable, and protecting your interests.
Our Returns Promise
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. Your satisfaction is more important to us than Vibranium is to Wakanda!
🚨 Important Note: Non-Returnable Items
For the protection of all our collectors, we cannot accept returns on:
- Fancy Dress costumes that have been worn or had tags removed
- Opened action figures (must be in original packaging)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Food-related items from our Cooking & Dining collection (for hygiene reasons)

Exchanges
