We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. Your satisfaction is more important to us than Vibranium is to Wakanda!

🚨 Important Note: For the protection of all our collectors, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Fancy Dress costumes that have been worn or removed tags
  • Opened action figures (must be in original packaging)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Food-related items from our Cooking & Dining collection (for hygiene reasons)

4. Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return:
