Are your products official licensed merchandise?
Absolutely! All our Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, and Pixar products are 100% authentic licensed merchandise. We work directly with official suppliers to bring you genuine collector’s items.
Do you include free gifts with orders?
Sometimes our packing fairies include surprise Disney Munchlings or other small magical extras! While we can’t guarantee free gifts with every order, we love sprinkling a little extra pixie dust when we can.

How long does shipping take?
Standard Shipping (£12.95): 10-15 days after dispatch via DHL or FedEx
Free Shipping (orders £50+): 15-25 days after dispatch via EMS
All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched!
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide from our Cardiff location! Currently we cannot ship to most Asian countries or certain remote locations. If you’re unsure about your location, please contact our customer service fairies.
How can I get free shipping?
Orders of £50 or more qualify for free shipping via EMS! Pro tip: Combine orders with friends to reach the threshold – more magic for everyone!

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day “Happily Ever After” guarantee from the date you receive your order. If your item doesn’t spark joy (though we’re confident it will!), please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Oh no! While our packing fairies take every care, sometimes accidents happen. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
For damaged or incorrect items, we’ll cover return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise arranged with our customer service team.
